PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having an affinity to an ORL1 (opioid receptor like) receptor, a compound havingμ,δandκreceptor agonistic activities greater than those of currently available compounds, e.g. morphine, and a method for relieving adverse effects of an opioid analgesic.
