PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomous mobile device making a move in consideration of user's belongings. SOLUTION: The autonomous mobile device 10 moving autonomously by the side of a specific person is provided with a memory means 26 in which a prescribed object exerting an influence on a surrounding environment is recorded, a determination means 22 determining whether the object recorded by the memory means is possessed by the specific person or not, and an operation control means 24 operating the autonomous mobile device to reduce the influence of the object on the surrounding environment when the fact that the object is possessed is determined by the determination means.
