PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-held operation tool capable of making an emergency stop easily and surely even if the emergency stop has to be made urgently during manual driving operation by an operator by the hand-held operation tool. SOLUTION: A shock sensor 14 detecting a shock to the hand-held operation tool is provided.
