PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming a drain tube of adjustable length for a urine collection system and/or a monitoring system. SOLUTION: A clip 100 is for forming an alternatively adjustable loop 14 in the drain tube 12, the clip has a base and at least a pair of arms extending from the base, and the arm forms the internal holding surface composed so as to adjustably hold at least the 1st section of the drain tube 12 in the relation that the drain tube adjoins the 2nd section, and the clip comprises at least a pair of the arms.
