PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a message to a player even in a state that the player is positioned in front of a game machine without giving an unsightly atmosphere to the player. SOLUTION: A display device 10 to be used in the state of accompanying an assistant moving inside game facilities is provided. The display device 10 comprises: a display part 50; a storage part 24 for storing the data of two or more kinds of messages corresponding to two or more kinds of game machines installed inside the game facility; a reception part 22 for receiving signals transmitted from a plurality of transmitters T1-T8 installed in or near the two or more kinds of game machines for specifying the messages for the game machines corresponding to the respective transmitters T1-T8 from the two or more kinds of messages; and a display switching means for displaying the message relating to one of the data of the two or more kinds of messages stored in the storage part 24 at the display part 50 on the basis of the signals received in the reception part 22.
