The method involves switching preset time frame between given transmission channels in a frequency jump process, where superframe duration, which is a predetermined superframe-slot-duration or base-slot-duration, is given as a time frame. Application of the jump process is indicated in a Superframe-specification of beacon-frames. The jump process is synchronized by using beacon-sequence-number that is contained in the frames and by an application of the slot-duration as the time frame by using a superframe slot number.
