The motor vehicle dashboard has a serigraphed front facing indicator diagram (27) on a support (3) that also carries a printed electric circuit (20). A light source (16) is a mounted behind the support. The support is pierced immediately behind indicator diagram to allow passage of light from the light source (16). A heat-formed plastic film (30) covers the rear of the panel so it covers the light source and forms a light box (31) for the source. The preferred light source is a light emitting diode (LED) and the inner surface of the film forming the light box is coloured white. The cover film is attached with adhesive. |
