The proposed discrete thermal measuring line contains a section of a transmission line with a heat-absorbing wall, temperature detectors, which are installed on the outside surface of the wall, an indicator, a switching unit, and a timing unit. The outputs of the temperature detectors are connected to the input of the indicator via the switching unit. The outputs of the timing unit are connected to the corresponding inputs of the indicator and the switching unit. The inside surface of the heat-absorbing wall is coated with a layer of heat-absorbing material. The width of the layer is equal to the length of the hot junction of the thermocouple of the temperature detector. The proposed device is distinctive by its enhanced sensitivity.
