The present invention provides a smart antenna and a method and a device for beam forming of the smart antenna. The forming beam method includes: multipath scanning of received signals with discrete beam to obtain multipath delay information; aligning time delays of the received signals on the basis of the multipath delay information; and forming adaptive beam for the received signals whose delays have been aligned.
