An architectural embossing core panel, a method and a device for manufacturing the same are provided to improve thermal insulation effect and sound proof effect by attaching an upper and a lower plates to the upper and the lower surfaces of a core plate. An architectural embossing core panel comprises an upper plate(20), a lower plate(30), an adhesive resin(40), a plate, and a core plate(50). The lower surface of the upper plate and the upper surface of the lower plate are flat. The core plate is located between the upper and the lower plates. The core plate is attached to the upper and the lower plates by the adhesive resin. The core plate has a plurality of embossing formed by drawing a plate from an upper surface of the plate downward. The upper plate is attached to the upper surface of the core plate and the lower plate is attached to the lower surface of the core plate by the adhesive resin to form the embossing core panel.
