PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knob which has the structure projecting a cylinder body having D-shaped fitting hole at the center of the bottom surface of a columnar-shaped vessel for operation and is impact-formed, and to provide a die for impact-forming and an impact-forming apparatus for forming this knob.

SOLUTION: A punch 41 to the die for impact-forming, is constituted of an outside punch 411, in which the tip end portion is formed of a cylindrical-state and two grooves 411c are arranged as the concentric state at the tip end part surface 411b, and an inside punch 412 which vertically moves in a storing space 411a of the outside punch 411 and forms almost D-shape of cross section at the working portion 412b and tip-closed tapered shape 412c, at the tip part.
