<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic transfer sheet capable of suppressing a discharge caused between a transfer member and the transfer sheet. <P>SOLUTION: When a transfer sheet P (electrophotographic transfer sheet) which is a thickness of ≥100μm and has an obtuse angle (θ) exceeding 90 degrees formed by a side face of a front end part thereof and a rear face thereof is used, the discharge is suppressed because a space is not formed between the front end part of the transfer sheet P and an intermediate transfer belt. The discharge is suppressed also by forming a toner image (toner band) on a margin part (front end non-image part) wherein an image is not formed normally, and the deterioration with time of the intermediate transfer belt, which is considered to be caused by products of discharge, can be considerably suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
