PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily register the user of a secondhand device.

SOLUTION: An installer 9 installs a device driver 11 in a first user client 3 (S101). The installer 9 is started to display a message so as to connect the user device 1 to the first user client 3 on a display part of the first user client 3 (S102). When the connection of the user device 1 is confirmed (S103), a serial number information and configuration information are read from the user device 1 (S104), these information and user information are transmitted with a user registration request to a user management server 5 (S105 to S107). When an answer to the effect that user registration processing is performed is received from the user management server 5 (S108), install work of the device driver 11 in the first user client 3 is completed (S109).
