<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately decide that temperature control of food is properly performed, and that freshness is held, and to specify a section where temperature control has been improperly performed in a distribution process. <P>SOLUTION: This indicator holder 31 is configured so that an indicator changes by expanding due to the lapse of time and ambient temperature can be interposed so as to be added to the package of food for use, and provided with a function for transmitting detected freshness information toward a freshness management server which manages freshness information.
