MEDICINAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING MODIFIED ACARI MAJOR ALLERGEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable medicinal composition containing a modified acari major allergen obtained by a gene recombinant technology, as an active ingredient.

SOLUTION: This method for producing the medicinal composition for treating an allergic disease is provided by blending the modified acari major allergen obtained by the gene recombinant technology as the active ingredient, Macrogol 4000 and/or Polysorbate 80 as an additive and as the case may be, sucrose, and lyophilizing the mixture. The medicinal composition obtained by the above method is also provided.
