<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe capable of determining medicine dosage and delivering a medicine as soon as the body weight or the like of a person to be injected such as a patient is confirmed, and a printer for printing a label to adhere to this. <P>SOLUTION: The syringe 1 has a syringe 2 which has a liquid reservoir 3 of a cylindrical shape having the same shape of cross section formed continuously in the longitudinal direction and can observe the liquid reservoir 3 from the outer face, a liquid entrance 4 which is provided on one opening end of the syringe 2, can freely mount a syringe needle, and can freely put the liquid into and out of the liquid reservoir, and a plunger 5 which is inserted from the other end of the syringe 2 into the liquid reservoir 3 and can freely slide on the inner face of the liquid reservoir.
