DEVICE FOR HEART FAILURE (HF) TREATMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for heart failure (HF) treatment which never delays restoration of synchronization property and a shrinkage function of the right ventricle and the left ventricle by pacing which is the purpose of the HF treatment and which neither worsens auricular arrhythmia (AF) to the contrary regarding the patient of the AF in particular.

SOLUTION: The device for heart failure (HF) treatment is composed of: a function (called a trigger pacing function A) of making a trigger pacing means operate for all the sensing events of the ventricles; and a function (called a trigger pacing function B) of making the trigger pacing means operate for the events of the ventricles which are obtained by removing a part of all the sensing events to the ventricles. The device has a special trigger pacing function which can select the trigger pacing functions A and B.
