PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat source system capable of quickly returning to a normal operation even when voltage is lowered in a short time of an instantaneous degree. SOLUTION: This heat source system receives power supply from an uninterruptible power source for a prescribed time to continuously output operation command signals to an electric motor, a cooling water pump and a cold water pump, even when the voltage is lowered, and at least one of the electric motor, the cooling water pump and the cold water pump is stopped, and the electric motor, the cooling water pump and the cold water pump are restarted by the operation command signals when the electric power is recovered within the prescribed time.
