PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolating rubber of simple constitution that can reduce response magnification and resonance frequency, and a vibration isolating rubber fixing structure of simple constitution that can always carry out precise fixing of the vibration isolating rubber including a rotation angle position into a predetermined position of a support body surface without causing an increase in the projecting height from the support body surface. SOLUTION: The vibration isolating rubber 12 comprises projecting members 12b projected from a plurality of mutually spaced positions on the surface of a base 12a fixed to the support body 14, to support an object. The projecting member 12b is formed in such a shape 12c that a dimension in a direction extending along each centerline CL is larger than a dimension of a cross section orthogonal to the centerline CL and that a bending direction part of the projecting member to the base resists bending and relaxes stress generated by bending at the base end of the projecting member adjacent to the base surface. The fixing structure 10 fixes the support body to the base by a fixing screw 22 penetrating a through hole 20 formed in a position other than the projecting member on the base surface.
