PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change over handsfree service and ordinary service even in a user who does not recognize the concept of the handsfree service and the position of a changeover button between the ordinary service and the handsfree service. SOLUTION: When, in a mobile terminal capable of service by an ordinary service mode or by a handsfree service mode, a change instruction of a received sound volume is received (ST202) from a user in a handsfree mode off state (ST201), a sound volume change screen, which visibly displays a received sound volume in the ordinary service and in the handsfree service in response to the change instruction and which receives a change in the received sound volume, is displayed (ST203). When the receiver sound volume becomes a maximum (ST204), a changeover confirmation screen is displayed (ST205). When a changeover instruction of changing the ordinary service mode and the handsfree service mode is received from the changeover confirmation screen (ST206), the operation is changed to the handsfree mode in response to the changeover instruction (ST207).
