PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earphone microphone which can achieve a clear telephone call without influence of outside noise by normally making both ears hear a voice, and switching into a sending/receiving function when necessary, and is easy to wear. SOLUTION: The earphone microphone comprises: an input/output terminal 14 with a first voice signal output part 11, a second voice signal output part 12 and a voice signal input part 13; and a first earphone 15 worn and used by one ear and connected to the first voice signal output part 11; and an ear piece 16 worn and used by the other ear and used as both a microphone for directly picking up a voice transmitted in an external auditory meatus by air propagation, and a second earphone; a switching switch 17 for connecting the ear piece 16 to either the voice signal input part 13 or the second voice signal output part 12; and a switching control means 18 for controlling the switching switch 17.
