PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage device which automatically ejects a recording medium which has finished storing. SOLUTION: The information storage device 100 has a storage section 103 which stores content information acquired from the recording medium 104 and identification information of the recording medium 104. Further the information storage device 100 is equipped with a controller 102 for controlling a reading device 101 which loads a plurality of recording mediums 104 and also reads content information being recorded in one recording medium out of a plurality of loaded recording mediums. When reading the content information from the recording medium 104 which is loaded in the reading device 101, the controller 102 acquires the identification information of the recording medium 104, and controls to eject the recording medium 104 corresponding to the acquired identification information from the reading device 101 when the identification information is the same with the identification information already stored in the storage section 103.
