PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably display proper video which is free of a display defect with neither separation nor deposition of macromolecular additives, without impairing the high electrostatic charge imparting effect. SOLUTION: Particle-dispersed liquid consists of a high insulation hydrocarbon solvent, charged particles, and the macromolecular additives. The macromolecular additives are a terpolymer, consisting of compounds represented by Formula (I), Formula (II), and Formula (III), and the copolymerization ratio of a copolymer contained in the particle dispersed liquid is such that the composition represented by the Formula (III) is≥20 to≤60 mol equivalence for the total 100 mol equivalence of the compounds represented by the Formula (II) and the Formula (III), the carbon number of an alkyl-side chain ester-bonded to the compound represented by the Formula (II) is≥1 to≤22, and the mean molecular weight of the copolymer is≥2,000 to≤6,000.
