PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binary polymer blend composition having both continuous phase structures prepared by melt blending. SOLUTION: This binary polymer blend composition comprises a polyamide resin and a thermoplastic resin, and forms the both continuous phase structures, in which a surface tension upon melt blending ranges from 0.05×10<SP>-3</SP>to 20×10<SP>-3</SP>N/m.
