ACRYLIC RUBBER-REINFORCED RESIN COMPOSITION FOR INFLATION MOLDING AND THIN-WALL BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic rubber-reinforced resin composition for inflation molding stably producing a thin-wall body such as a film or a bag improving a bad phenomenon produced on the surface and having excellent whitening resistance when folded by inflation molding and to provide the thin-wall body. SOLUTION: The composition is composed of a rubber-reinforced vinylic resin obtained by polymerizing a vinylic monomer containing an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound in the presence of an acrylic rubber-like polymer having 60-300 nm volume-average particle diameter or a mixture of the rubber-reinforced vinylic resin with a (co)polymer of the vinylic monomer. The graft ratio is 20-170% and the intrinsic viscosity of the acetonitrile-soluble portion is 0.4-0.8 dL/g. The content of the bonded vinyl cyanide compound in the acetonitrile-soluble portion is 15-35 mass%. The standard deviation in the distribution of the amount of the vinyl cyanide compound measured by liquid chromatography is≤5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
