PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire for emergency capable of maintaining durability even if it is stored in a vehicle for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This tire 10 for emergency is provided with a belt layer 22 having a bead 18, a bead core 20, a carcass 16 having a carcass ply and a belt ply and the length L1 in the tire cross direction of which is 60 to 80% of a tire maximum width W and a fiber reinforcing layer 32 formed between the belt layer 22 and tread rubber 24 forming a tread 28 making contact with a road surface and the length L2 of which satisfies 120 to 135% of the length L1 of the belt layer 22. Consequently, this tire 10 is possible to restrain diametrical growth in injecting internal pressure, and by an elapsed time, to restrain the lowering of the speed of the tire even if the tire is stored in the vehicle for a long period of time and accordingly, to maintain high durability performance.
