PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a vehicular electronic equipment/device mounting part capable of mounting a vehicular electronic equipment/device without degrading the workability during the attachment/detachment, and enhancing the appearance. SOLUTION: In the structure of the vehicular electronic equipment/device mounting part, an electronic equipment/device 21 is mounted on an instrument panel 11 via a bracket 22. The bracket 22 has an insertion part 31 and a positioning hole 32. A receiving part 45 capable of receiving the insertion part 31 of the bracket 22 and a temporarily holding projection part 46 which is fitted in the positioning hole 32 of the bracket 22 while being inserted of the insertion part 31 with respect to the receiving part 45 to prevent detachment of the insertion part 31 from the receiving part 45 are provided on a back side of the instrument panel 11.
