PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular floor structure capable of reliably transmitting a head-on collision load to a cross member provided at the rear end of a tunnel of a floor panel. SOLUTION: In a kick part 21 in a rear floor panel 12 constituting a rear part of a floor 10 of a vehicle, an under-closed section composed of an under-cross member 24 coupled with the lower face side of the kick part 21 and the rear floor panel 12 and extending in the vehicle width direction supports the rear end 18A of a tunnel 18 of the rear floor panel 12 from the rear side of the vehicle. An upper-closed section composed of an upper-cross member 20 coupled with the top face side of the kick part 21 and the rear floor panel 12 and extending in the vehicle width direction is overlapped with the upper side of the under-closed section.
