PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle stop keeping control releasing device capable of easily releasing the automatic brake keeping control without by any starting work while a driver maintains the stop state, and preventing any sense of incongruity that the conventional accustomed behavior caused by the forgetting of the change of acceptance/rejection of the brake state keeping control in the middle of the driving. SOLUTION: The vehicle stop keeping control releasing device has a starting work cooperation-releasing means for eliminating the establishment of a working condition associated with the starting work of a driver, and an independent releasing means for eliminating the establishment of the working condition for keeping the brake condition of a vehicle independently from the starting work of the driver. Thus, releasing can be performed associated with the starting work of the driver, and even when the brake keeping is wished to release though the driver does not start the vehicle, the brake keeping can be released without performing any starting work. Further, the establishment is eliminated for each established working condition, and any sense of incongruity caused by the forgetting of the control mode can be prevented.
