PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embossed decorative board of high design effect having a picture pattern such as a wood grain pattern, a stone grain pattern, an abstract pattern and a geometrical pattern, wherein a protrusion/recess design is not made into uniform during processing steps and under use-surrounding conditions, durability of a protrusion/recess design is good and durability of a surface of a decorative board is also good. SOLUTION: In an embossed decorative board, a basic colored layer having a protrusion/recess design on a surface mainly comprising a completely cured thermosetting resin is formed on a substrate, and a designed printed layer is formed thereon by a gravure off-set printing, wherein the design by gravure off-set printing is formed in the central bottom area at least in a part of the recessed parts of the protrusion/recess pattern.
