PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vertically bore a boring scheduled surface of a workpiece. SOLUTION: This drill guide tool includes: a support member 10; and a guide member 20. The support member 10 has a linearly extended scale plate part 11. The lower surface of the scale plate part 11 is provided as an abutting surface 14a abutted on the boring-scheduled surface of the workpiece, and the upper surface thereof is provided as a scale indication surface 11b. The scale plate part 11 is provided with a support hole 11a formed linearly extending in the longitudinal direction of the scale plate part 11 along the abutting surface 14a. The guide member 20 is constructed by a nut 21, a bolt 22, and a spacer 23, and slidably supported in the support hole 11a.
