PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall-prevention fixture allowing an adhesive mat to easily peel from a horizontal support face without damaging the horizontal support face when removing or moving the fixture from the horizontal support face such as a floor face and protecting the adhesive mat from the weight of an object to be fixed. SOLUTION: This fall-prevention fixture having the adhesive mat 5 in the lower face of a support plate 3 for supporting the object to be fixed 1, is so formed that the support plate is formed with vertical female screw holes 21, male screw bodies 23 are threadedly engaged in the female screw holes, the adhesive mat is disposed in the lower face of the support plate with the female screw holes exposed, the male screw bodies are rotated in a prescribed direction and the lower ends of the male screw bodies are pushed toward a horizontal support face 27 to peel the adhesive mat from the horizontal support face.
