PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet formed of a polyphenylene ether resin that is excellent in heat resistance and transparency. SOLUTION: The sheet formed of a polyphenylene ether resin is composed of a resin composition comprising 75 mass% or more polyphenylene ether wherein the sheet has a total light transmittance of 80% or more and a haze value of 10% or less.
