Design, development and realization (HW-SW) of an innovative optoelectronic system, which integrate in a single module, conjugating them simultaneusly, the 2D/3D image capture funcionality of single cell/particles carried in a laminar flow and NON, toughether with sensitivity, resolution and acquisition high speed. The 2D/3D image capture funcionality of single cell/particles carried in a laminar flow and NON, it has been demonstred and applied, as industrial appucation, in a cyto-tomographyc equipment. The software for controll, acquisition and analysis of signal and of images originated from a single cell in a laminar flow has been developped with an high degree of operative semplicity and relaiability in the automatic data analisys, making easier the interpretative appoach of the results. |
