The device has a slice electrode (5) with a slice electrode drive (1) for electro-chemical measurement, where the slice electrode is rotatably supported around its longitudinal axis. A light conducting system (4) is provided for spectrographic reflection measurement, where the system is installed at a non rotary part of the electrode drive. The system is provided with a connection possibility for a light source and a connection possibility for a detector (D). A circular, electrically isolated mirror is brought plan parallel to a base surface in a base area of a shell (7) of the electrode. |
