<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain snack confectionery having flavor/palate feeling almost similar to that of conventional potato chips, in spite of having low calorie/restrained sugar/high nutritive value compared to conventional potato chips. <P>SOLUTION: The snack confectionery is obtained by using bean-curd refuse of a soybean product as the raw material in a confectionery production process like conventional potato chips. It is possible to produce at a low cost a product which corresponds with beauty/health/health intention of consumers, and conforms with preference of consumers even on flavor/palate feeling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
