<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device and so on that can effectively reduce scintillation with a compact and practically-preferred construction. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises: a light source for supplying light; a light guide 24 for guiding the light from the light source; an entrance side reflector 42 provided to an entrance side end face of the light guide 24, an entrance side opening 44 formed in the entrance side reflector 42 for transmitting light incident upon the light guide 24, an exit side reflector 43 provided to an exit side end face of the light guide 24, and an exit side opening 45 formed in the exit side reflector 43 for transmitting light emerging from the light guide 24. The light guide 24 guides the light from the entrance side opening 44 to the exit side opening 45 while reflecting the light on its inner surface, the exit side reflector 43 and the entrance side reflector 42 inside the light guide 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
