PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce hammering noise occurring when an acting angle is changed due to the movement of a bush in a peripheral groove in a variable valve train of an internal combustion engine.
SOLUTION: In this variable valve train of an internal combustion engine, a slider 43 is axially driven together with a control shaft 32 when the operation of a control shaft 32 is transmitted to the slider 43 through a connector pin 44 and a bush 46. Tapers 44a1, 46a1 are so formed on both the connector pin 44 and the bush 46 that the bush 46 is pushed up by the connector pin 44 when the end part 44a of the connector pin 44 is moved to the bush 46 side. A taper 43d1 is so formed on the side walls of the peripheral groove that a gap between the bush 46 and the side wall of the peripheral groove 43d is narrowed as the bush 46 is moved toward the bottom wall side of the peripheral groove 43d of the slider 43.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
|
