<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monolayer transparent film having such handleability, heat resistance and transparency that it is usable as an optical retardation film, and comprising a polycarbonate having reverse wavelength dispersion characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent film comprises the polycarbonate composed substantially of a repeating unit represented by formula (A) and a repeating unit represented by formula (B), wherein the repeating unit represented by the formula (A) and the repeating unit represented by the formula (B) occupy 55-75 mol% and 45-25 mol%, respectively, based on the total of the repeating units. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
