<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method for enabling the user of an information terminal to select a printer for performing a print job. <P>SOLUTION: This invention provides a printer driver equipped with a printer information obtaining part which searches for printers on a network, and communicates with the printers on the network to obtain printer properties information from the printers and a user interface which presents in a single view the printer properties information obtained from the printers for selection by the user of one of those printers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
