PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system and an information providing terminal for providing effective information of facilities for users in a vehicle. SOLUTION: There are provided the information terminal 1 mounted in the vehicle; and the information center 2 for communicating with the information terminal 1. On the information terminal 1, indication means 12 is provided for indicating the acquisition request. On the information center 2, a searching means 24 is provided for searching the facility matching with the acquisition request from the indication means 12, and the determination means 23, 24, and 26 for determining the sales condition of the facility at the prescribed time based on the parking time of each vehicle at the searched facility.
