PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular warning device capable of accomplishing certain transmission of warning sound to an occupant without emitting warning of a megavolume giving uncomfortability to the occupant and further having a cost suppression effect. SOLUTION: The vehicular warning device for emitting warning to the occupant when a predetermined warning condition is established is provided with a periphery sound level integration part 5 for presuming a periphery sound level in a cabin based on traveling environment of the vehicle, the traveling state and the sound level of an on-vehicle audio 4; and a buzzer sound control part 6 for setting the sound level in outputting of warning based on the presumed periphery sound level and reducing the sound level of the on-vehicle audio 4 such that the warning sound level to be set does not exceed the MAX value.
