PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device capable of providing high output by low input. SOLUTION: An inner casing 111 of the shape same as an outer casing 110 is received in the outer casing 110 with a small clearance (2-7 mm), viscous fluid such as lubricant is received at a bottom portion of the clearance between both casings 110, 111, and the inner casing 111 is rotated at a high speed of 500 cm/s or more in circumferential velocity to heat the lubricant by quantum action.
