PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat capable of preventing deformation and damage of a lower arm in the seat having the lower arm formed with holes and being attached to a seat cushion frame with bolts passing through the holes and threadedly engaged with the seat cushion frame, a seat back frame, and a reclining mechanism disposed between the lower arm and the seat back frame and rotating the seat back frame in the front/rear direction relative to the lower arm. SOLUTION: The holes 201 of the lower arm 77 are formed by burring work and having cylindrical parts 201a facing the circumferential faces of the neck parts 79b of the bolts 79.
