PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for a coated product with a film formed on the surface, and a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: The coated product manufacturing device 1A manufactures a coated product with a coating film formed on the surface of a conductor 100 by drying a coating 110 applied to the surface of the conductor 100 through the use of an electromagnetic induction. The device is provided with an induction heating means 2 heating the conductor 100 with the paint 110 applied to the surface, a power output means 5 outputting the power to the induction heating means 2, and a power control means capable of controlling the strength of the power output from the power output means 5.
