A tool for a chip removing process and a threaded joint thereof are provided to apply large tension to the joint without damaging the thread by absorbing tension into a reinforcing material part. A tool for a chip removing process comprises first and second parts, and a threaded joint. The first and the second parts have a common axis. The threaded joint connects the first and the second parts. The threaded joint includes a female thread, a male thread, and an individual screw. The female thread is formed at an inlet of a hollow part of the first part. The male thread is formed on a free end of a male pin of the second part. A first flank(22) of the male thread and a first flank of the female thread are pressed against each other when the male pin is inserted into the hollow part. A second flank(23) of the male thread and a second flank of the female thread are pressed against each other when the main pin is released from the hollow part. The first flanks of the female and the male threads are inclined with respect to a central axis at an angle smaller than that of the second flank. |
