A pressure compensation device for an internal scratching device for a metal pipe line is provided to prevent lowering of pressure and negative pressure effect according to distance increase by including an air pressure nozzle, a compensating air pressure hose and an air pressure pipe, and to perform effective pressure compensation by providing different pressure according to distance from a working bogie. A pressure compensation device for an internal scratching device for a metal pipe line comprises a working bogie, a sub-bogie, an operating unit, an air pressure nozzle(81), a compensating air pressure hose(82) and an air pressure pipe(83). The working bogie moves along the inside of the metal pipe line and removes foreign matters inside the metal pipe line. The sub-bogie is coupled to the work bogie, integrally moves and supports the working bogie. The operating unit is consisted of an air pressure hose and a negative pressure hose(35) providing air pressure or negative pressure to the working bogie, and recovers the foreign matters separated from the metal pipe line. The air pressure nozzle is installed in the negative pressure hose to be spaced to each other. The compensating air pressure hose provides the air pressure to the air pressure nozzle. The air pressure pipe is branched from the compensating air pressure hose and connected to the air pressure nozzle.
