A sofa used as a bed having drawers is provided to convert a bed to a sofa and vise versa with a simple action of lifting or descending hinges, and to achieve receiving spaces. A backplate frame(22), a lower plate frame(23) and a central fixing rod(33) are connected to plural hinges(42). The hinge is made of an iron or a plastic(PVC), and has a U-shape. The central fixing rod is a column or a square pillar having a predetermined length. When converting a sofa to a bed having an upper plate mat(11), a backplate mat(12) and an upper plate mat(13), the hinge is pushed downwardly. The upper end surface of an upper fixing rod comes into contact with the lower surface of the upper frame, and the lower end surface of the central fixing rod comes into contact with the ground.
