WORKLOAD COMPUTING UNIT, WORKLOAD COMPUTING METHOD, AND WORKLOAD COMPUTING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem that although it is necessary to set a variety of parameters to compute a load factor of a person in charger of work, the load factor cannot be computed appropriately considering correlation among the variety of parameters.

SOLUTION: A workload operating unit has: a first storage means for storing work schedule information for associating work schedule with persons in charge of the work in accordance with work content; a second storage means for storing a standard man-hour to implement the work content for each work content; a third storage means for storing an engagement rate of the persons in charge of the work for each person in charge of the work; a load information totaling means for totaling load information on work of each person in charge of work on the basis of the work schedule information stored in the first storage means and the standard man-hour for every work content stored in the second storage means; and a load factor computing means for computing the load factor for the work of each person in charge of the work on the basis of the load information totaled by the load information means and the engagement rate of the persons in charge of the work stored in the third storage means.
