<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an inventor to advertise his/her own patents in a wide range and to enable an invention user to respond even to abstract requests without the need of retrieving inventions satisfying a request. <P>SOLUTION: In this patent mediation system where an inventor terminal 1, a mediator terminal 2, an invention user terminal 3 and a dealing mediation device 4 are connected via a network, relevant keywords for retrieving patents held by a patent owner or patents collected by an invention user are recorded in the dealing mediation device 3, sold and purchased via the mediator terminal 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
